Bacillus subtilis P74 I
Bacillus subtilis P74-I is a designated strain of B. subtilis for which no strain-specific published evidence is present in the indexed research catalog. B. subtilis is one of the most extensively characterized Gram-positive bacteria in microbiology, with a long history in fermentation, enzyme production, and agricultural biocontrol, and select strains have been registered for use in animal feed and some human supplement formulations. However, species-level data cannot be reliably applied to P74-I without strain-specific characterization, and human probiotic evidence for this particular designation is not available in the current evidence base.
